2025 Standard Rates
These rates are effective 01/01/2025, these rates reflect updated pricing to ensure continued quality and service excellence across all offerings.
Labor
Labor is invoiced based upon the following structures:
Regular Time: $200.00/hr. Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Over Time: $300.00/hr. Before 07:00, After 17:00, Weekend and Holidays
Day Rate: $2,800.00/day (12hrs max). Day Rate is applicable for certain services; given scope of work and/or location of work. Day rate is based upon Monday – Friday.
Emergency Call Out: Emergency call-outs are billed at overtime rates and are subject to a minimum charge of four hours. Standard rates will apply for travel, consumables, and environmental costs associated with the call-out.
Travel
All travel related costs are subject to a 20% administrative recovery fee. This includes but is not limited to: Airfare, Ground Transportation (rental car, cab, rideshare, etc.), Lodging and Meals. Occasionally, a fixed Per Diem Rate will be utilized, depending upon job location.
Per Diem Rates abide by the GSA Standards.
Consumables & Environmental
Service jobs require consumable products and proper recycling, in accordance with State and Federal Law, of used parts and fluids, (i.e. parts cleaner, rags, lubricants, electrical tape, filters, coolant, oil, etc.), due to this, L&J Generator Services, LLC will assess up to 3% of invoice total for consumable and environmental recovery. The additional cost is subject to scope of work and is at the discretion of the Company.
